New house from Budova to Osipova, 40

Construction company Budova, passed another house for Odessa. Nine-storey residential building with built-in office space and parking on Osipova Str., 40 is located in the Primorsky district of Odessa at the intersection of Osipova and Bolshaya Arnautskaya streets.
The buildings of the residential complex are designed to meet modern requirements and modern best practices in solving the architectural and spatial appearance and reliability of the building, taking into account the requirements of DBN B.1.1-12: 2006 “Building in Seismic Areas”. The building was designed for a seismic load of 8 points. Our company also took part in this project, having installed and installed high-speed noiseless elevators of the new generation of KONE company in the houses.
