Home elevator – is a type of elevator designed for home use. Such elevator differs in the compact sizes, low noise level, high reliability, safety at operation. Home elevators are equipped with autonomous power sources and passenger emergency evacuation devices. An elevator to a private house, the price of which is quite reasonable, is a compact and functional elevator with reduced requirements for the technical part, in particular, for construction, and lowered energy consumption. It is used in multi-level apartments, cottages, mansions, low-rise office buildings.

Home elevator can be installed in a house under construction, and in a ready-made one. But, of course, «“turn on”» it is better at the project stage. Buy an elevator for the cottage can be with different finishes. The doors of the mine may not differ from the room, but may be glass, finished with veneer of valuable species, pressed laminate and other materials. Cabin doors can be made in the form of a light plastic accordion. For the floor, you can choose any material: plastic, parquet.  KONE elevators are designed on the basis of the KONE EcoDisc® gearless drive, which has received a special award and high performance. Elevators have high reliability due to the very low degree of wear mechanism. Its only moving part is an axial rotor with permanent magnets. KONE EcoDisc® effectively reduces power consumption by up to 95% and reduces the starting current by 60-70% compared to similar winches with a gearbox. The drive does not use oil, which reduces maintenance costs and makes it safer.

The low rotational speed of the KONE EcoDisc® engine provides minimal noise and no vibration. Together with the V3F drive system, this will increase the smoothness of the cab and the ride comfort. Elevators provide high precision stopping, making it easy to roll in or roll out a pram or wheelchair.

• fire hazard mode: the elevator car returns to the main floor when the fire hazard sensors of the building are triggered, the doors remain open (FID BO)
• Mechanical locking of doors: a mechanical lock blocks the doors of the elevator car in case the cabin stops at the floor level (LOA M)
• emergency signal: pressing a button in the elevator car triggers an emergency sound signal on the main floor (ABE M)

• monitoring the presence of water in the pit: the elevator is brought to the middle floor if there is water in the pit (WSC O)
• delayed door closing: doors are closed with a slowdown in the event of a repeated obstacle (NUD L)

The centralization of the main lift components and the low friction coefficient reduce noise and vibration, thereby increasing passenger comfort and minimizing noise levels in rooms located near the elevator.

• ventilation control: by pressing a button in the cabin, ventilation is switched on, shutdown occurs automatically after 5 minutes in the absence of a second press (OCV AF)

• door pre-opening: when the cabin approaches the stop, the doors start pre-opening (ADO)

• cockpit lighting control: lights off when the elevator is idle (OCL A)

• parking on a given floor: the elevator car is parked by default on a given floor with open doors (PAD C)
• voice informant in the cockpit: the floors are announced by voice (ACU F)
• Preparation for installation of a video surveillance camera in the elevator car (CTV I)

• priority key in the cab: after turning the key, the elevator performs only the specified orders (PRC)
• key loading mode: when you turn the key in the control panel, all incoming orders are canceled, the elevator stops at the nearest floor, the doors remain open, the light is on (OSS COI)
• priority key on the floor: after turning the key, the elevator moves to the option installation floor after performing the current request from the cab (PRL LA)
• key loading mode on the floor: after turning the key, the elevator fulfills all current requests, then the cabin moves to the key
• installation floor and remains on the floor, the doors are closed, the light is on (OSS)
• key for the transport of fire departments: after the key is turned by the fire department employee, the elevator performs the required requests (FRD CS)
